    1. Meal Replacement Shakes are flavored by Haagan Daas not Ben & Jerry’s…

    Quick question: Where you tell us what to purchase you wrote “4). Active Line
    Spark – Pick your flavors – (2 boxes)” They come in a container of 42 servings and pouches of 14 servings, did you mean two orders of the pouches? I prefer the pouches since they are easier for on-the-go, how many do I need to buy? Thanks! :)

    Hello Megan,
    I stumbled upon your photo on pinterest and read your website. $185 is a lot of money for me to spend. I am not overweight and I do not need to lose that much weight, just need to get fit pretty much. I was looking at just the 10 day cleanse plan, and was wondering what would be good products to purchase? I see the herbal cleanse and the fiber drink, anything else that would be good to add? Also, I have a treadmill in my house and do not have a gym membership, is there anyway I can do the leg exercises without going to a gym?

    I just ordered the MNS max C and Spark energy (mango strawberry).
    Here’s my story in a nutshell…
    I was 189 lbs. I lost 50 lbs (doing the low carb/complex carbs & whole grain only diet) and got down to 139, however over the past year I am back up to around 150. I have since started nursing school and have had a hard time trying to find the energy and spare time to work out but this last week I just decided I would do what I can, whenever I can. I’ve also wanted to just eat HEALTHY. So my question is what kind of food should I pack in my lunch? I normally cook several chicken breasts on sunday so I’ll have them for quick access when I’m starving throughout the week (most of the time, right when I get home). I do this so I dont eat fast food or other junk. But what can I bring with me to eat during the day? Any ideas will help! Thank you so much for posting on pinterest! You have really inspired me:)

    Hi I was reading all of the info about AdvoCare. I’ve tried so many different diets that at first when I’m introduced to a new one I get exited and worried at the same time. Exited to see results and worried if it has any side effects. I would like to try it but its expensive.. :(

    Is there anywhere to preview the meal recipes? One of my biggest challenges with diet plans is the food options. I’m allergic to anything that swims, and additionally, a very picky eater (didn’t ask for these taste buds!). I usually start a diet with such enthusiasm, but due to the food options (for me), I tend to fall off the wagon. Can’t eat the same exact thing day in and day out for a month!

    Becca – the products are not produced at a certified gluten-free facility so we can’t say they are gluten-free. However, you can always decide what products you’re interested in and consult with your doctor before consuming. :)

    Hi! I ordered Advocare 24 day challenge from someone else…. Wish I would have found you first! I managed to find instructions for the cleanse online and actually lost 10 pounds using it! The phase 2 portion has been sitting in a box under my bed for over 2 months because I had no idea how to use it effectively! I’ve gotten zero support from my rep. Thanks to your site … I’ve pulled out the box today! I’m still confused on when I should eat ( lunch or dinner?) But at least I know now what to do with the rest of the products! Thanks so much!     There is an article from AdvoCare which provides information on what is safe for pregnant and nursing women. It is informative and helpful, it also gives you kind of an eating schedule to follow. I am using it now while nursing my 10 month old. email me at and I will forward the information to you. I am a disributor – and I don’t want to steal anybody’s business.     Hi Jenny! Don’t be discouraged! As women, our body weight fluctuates for any number of reasons. Plus, if you’ve been working out that could be a muscle gain. Don’t focus on the number… focus on how you feel and how your clothes are fitting. I only lost 8 lbs when I did the challenge and was kinda like what… only 8 lbs?! But I was so happy with what I saw in the mirror and how loosely my clothes fit that 8 didn’t seem like a bad number after all. Finish out your 24 days strong and we can go from there. :)

    So today marks day 4 of my 24 day challenge. it’s been great up until today. Wehn i went to the restroom this morning, my pee was very yellow. It’s never been yellow. I drink nothing but water so i know it’s has something to do with what i’ve been taking. I was just wondering if that was a side effect it has on it’s users? If not, maybe i should stop!

    Hi Sarina! I have heard of that before. During the first 10 days, the cleanse is riding your body of all the built up toxins so that could be part of what it is. Watch it for a couple days and if it persists we can look at other options!

    I am on this right now and had to stop the 10 day cleanse at day 5 due to having to run to the loo every 10 minutes. I eat correctly because I can not have wheat, dairy, eggs, soy etc so that takes out all processed foods for me. I only eat raw unless I want a bad allergic reaction. This is my first day of the MNS MAX 3 (did not get a choice on this part)so the jury is still out on this part of the program but as I have read it appears that the MNSMax3 is just a bunch of multi vitamins which I already take a whole food vitamin, calcium etc. So not sure I will continue with any of it. I however am very impressed with your pictures and wish I could get results like that.

    Hi I am on day 16 of the 24 day challenge and my advocare rep is not very informative. I am trying to remain posittive but I have not lost any weight scale wise. I know we are not suppose to weigh ourselves but after the 10 day cleanse my weight remained the same. I am working out 4-5x a week 1 hour sessions cardio and strength training, taking catalyst, thermoplus, and spark also omegaplex. I know i’m seeing inches but is this normal for me not too see any weightloss on the scale. Yes, I admit i peeked again. Please if you can provide me with some info. THank you

Was looking into the advocare cleanse to get myself started and back up feeling enegerized… Any help you could provide on what I should order? If anything at all? obviously I am super busy with six kids, so I do not have a lot of time to work out and really do not need to lose any weight (maybe three or four pounds) but nothing major.     I just purchased the 24 day challenge from a friend of a friend ( big mistake). He gave me the regular challenge and Im currently nursing. I suppose he assumed that I didnt nurse my almost 2 yr old. Im really not comfortable talking to him so I dont know what to do.     Just wondering if there is a nice checkoff sheet that details when to take what, and what to eat for each meal. I’ve seen a few different ones online, some saying fruit for breakfast. Others saying oatmeal. Others saying a carb, protein, and vegetable. Any direction you can point me?

    Hi Rene! If you’re wanting to follow the program absolutely to a T, there are specific things you are supposed to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I personally didn’t do that. I ate what I wanted and picked my snacks and meals from the food list (you get when you order from me). Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions. :)

    Hey Christa! I highly recommend you pick up the book Thinner, Leaner, Stronger by Mike Matthews. It’s what I’m currently following. He lays out a 1 year workout plan, answers tons of questions, debunks myths and gives a cookbook as well. It’s an amazing book!

    My friend and I just signed up foe advocare along with my husband…we did order enough to be distributers. Any suggestions on how or get started? I’m sure our stuff will be here by mid week next week. I would like to trim down…loose fat I’m not looking for a quick fix…a jump start and motivation yes.     Hi Cody! Cardio is the best way to lose the weight, and it’s usually what people hate the most. I know I do! When doing the 24DC you want to exercise 4-5 times a week, 30-45 minutes a day. The AdvoCare Workout DVD is excellent for this. As far as cheat meals go, you can have 1 meal (not day) a week. It helps keep you sane and is actually good for your body, as it signals it to burn more. So it seems you’ve been doing just fine.     I am on my second round of the cleanse. First time around I barely lost any weight and maybe 1/2 inch. I’m now on day 4 of the cleanse again. Looking at your pictures your not much bigger height or weight than I am. How did you get the body you now have and make this program work for you?

    Hi Cindee! Did you order from a specific distributor or randomly through the AdvoCare website? If you’re on day 19, you should have been following an approved foods list the whole time! If you’ve been eating whatever you wanted, being gassy is normal. It also depends if you’ve been following the supplement guide or not and taking things when you should be.     Megan, I was wondering if you know whether this challenge is safe for women who are trying to get pregnant or who are in the early stages of pregnancy (i.e. conceiving towards the later part of the program). I am very interested in trying this challenge but my husband and I are trying to conceive and I am afraid that I would have to stop the challenge mid-way through if pregnant.

    Hey Jen! I recommend breakfast/lunch. That way you’re finished before lunch and don’t have to worry about it the rest of the day. When it says to take it before breakfast or before lunch, do 30 minutes before. Hope that helps! :)

    I am interested to say the least. I am a former Beachbody Coach, and love to workout. Where I struggle is with my eating habits! I am a super picky eater, and I sit at my desk all day. Also….I love my beer :( I don’t have a ton of weight to lose, maybe 20 lbs at the very most, but I need to get everything under control. I need to do better with my nutrition, and have the motivation to keep going, and to not stop for beer and wings on the way home.     Hi Tara! Because you’re going to be selecting fresh, healthy foods, those do tend to make the grocery bill a bit higher. However, you shouldn’t be eating out as much, picking up the morning coffee at Starbucks or paying your bar tab you’ll be saving money that way. My husband and I have found our grocery bill to be about the same. Hope that helps!

    I found your website via pintrest and am new to the advocare experience. I decided after a few months of seriously working out that I really needed to revamp my diet. I started with 10 day cleanse and spark and really was hooked! I recently started taking catalyst (2 days so far) and really haven’t noticed much, but I know its early.     I have done the 24 day challenge I. The past. I lost 15lbs. Unfortunately it was really hard to keep up. In a nurse and work nights, however, I flip my days when I’m off. What do you suggest as far as how to best do this. My previous sponsor said to get up to eat to stay on track. Yea right! That keeps me constantly waking up to eat and not eating most of the night at work. In days I try to sleep I’m usually up late then get up early, eat something then back to bed in a few hours. HELP

    Hmm, that is a toughy! With the herbal cleanse, you want to make sure you’re taking everything with the same amount of time in between. I don’t want you to interrupt your sleep schedule though! The only thing I can think of would be to not take the tablets on the days you’re off and make sure you eat healthy in between! That shouldn’t mess you up!

    Hi Megan, I am on day 6 of the 24 day challenge and actually haven’t felt very good most of the time. I feel kinda zombie-like and just like im on the edge all the time. I went home the other day from work cuz I felt so bad. I am very sensitive to caffeine and energy drinks and I have gotten some samples of the V6 but wish their were other flavors besides the orange. Not a big fan of it. I also have some questions about what I can eat and what I cant. Please help!
