Gosh, what a serious honor it was to photograph Whitney & Josh’s wedding at West Manor Estate! The day was absolutely PERFECT. Everything was so stunning and the weather was so gorgeous. It was so hard narrowing down the images I wanted to share because everything was sooooo beautiful!!
I had a serious crush on that bouquet.
Seriously, hilarious group of guys! There are some photos from this that have to go into a locked collection in their gallery. Boys, you know what you did.
THE bouquet. Y’all. It was huge and amazing and glorious.
Note the tear on her left cheek. Every bride has a moment and Whitney had hers during her bridal portraits. It was just me, her and Mitch. I held her while she cried into my shoulder and Mitch went to go get her groom (and Kleenex!) It’s seriously such an honor to be the support for a bride when that happens. It can be a hard moment! The day is actually here. No more planning. It’s here, it’s happening and oh my gosh, you’re about to get married. Each moment for each bride is different, but I loved being there for Whitney when she had hers.
Props to Laci for that makeup job because her makeup was still PERFECT afterwards!
We bumped up her First Look. We did it a little different because Whitney needed Josh so badly. We still staged him seeing her for the first time and shot several images, but we backed away to let them to truly alone. After that, she was a completely different bride. Happy, smiling and laughing! Josh was what she needed in that moment and what my bride needs, she gets.
There’s my happy bride!!
Josh stayed outside with us while we shot Whitney with her bridesmaids. His presence made everything better.
When it came down to the ceremony, it was Josh’s turn to cry. It’s equally as big a day for the groom as it is the bride!
All smiles from here!!
And perfect light.
Um, hello gorgeous.
Whitney and Josh!! Thank you soooo much for having us as part of your special day! It was seriously such an honor to be there with you and we loved every second of it! Love you guys to pieces!!
